There is a difference. If you have been taking yoga classes taught by your favorite yoga teacher and then one day end up walking into a yoga practice lead by a yoga mentor you will see, hear and most importantly feel the difference! Yes, a yoga mentor is a teacher but with something extra,.. a desire to know, grow and share far more than just the bare minimum.
